Palm Beach Atlantic University Marshall and Vera Lea Business Hall
The six-story, 125,000 SF New Business School will feature an inviting two-story atrium that welcomes visitors into the heart of the new Palm Beach Atlantic University academic business hub. Key amenities will include a stock trading room with professional terminals and a stock ticker, a 314-seat tiered lecture hall, and expanded spaces for the Titus Center for Franchising and the LeMieux Center for Public Policy.
Mercer University, Spearman C. Godsey Science & Research Center
LEO A DALY designed this 143,410 SF new science center that includes everything from seven lecture halls to 60+ laboratories including: general biology and chemistry labs, to specialized teaching labs in soil and field biology, labs housing instrumentation and a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, as well as a laser lab, computational center, growth room, cold room, and tissue culture suite.
Winona State University, Education Village
As part of the effort to renovate and expand three former 1920’s through 1960’s era education buildings on campus, the University turned to LEO A DALY to manage and coordinate an 117,000 SF in-depth research and decision-making process that helped the school identify the architectural programming and adaptive reuse scope of work to be designed for each building.
Georgia Gwinnett College, Kaufman Library
Georgia Gwinnett College awarded LEO A DALY the task of programming and designing a 90,883-GSF, four-story library that transformed the campus creating a new campus ‘living room’ for social engagement. The library is located in the heart of the campus, framing the central quadrangle.
Drai’s Supper Club New York City
Las Vegas nightlife impresario Victor Drai, owner of Drai’s Management Group, has transformed his after-hours empire into a national entertainment brand. For the company’s first East Coast venture—a throwback luxury supper club in the heart of Manhattan—LEO A DALY was selected to craft a branded environment that would resonate in this critical market for growth.

City of Forest Lake
The 65,000 SF city administration, public safety and fire complex redeveloped an underutilized 14-acre brownfield site, anchoring the south stretches of the Highway 61 commercial corridor in the City of Forest Lake, MN.

North Metro Range is a regional public safety training facility in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The state-of-the-art, 57,000-SF facility offers firearms training, classrooms, decision-making simulation lab and space for de-escalation training.
City of Lake Elmo Combined City Hall & Public Safety Facility
The 37,500-SF Lake Elmo city hall & public safety facility combines city hall staff and functions, the entire fire department, and a satellite office for the Washington County Sheriff’s Department in a renovated and expanded office building.
The Madyson at Palm Beach Gardens
The Madyson at Palm Beach Gardens exemplifies a ‘micro’ Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) concept which offers residents aging-in-place accommodations and a continuum of care. The 234,000-SF complex combines a full service, four story Assisted Living Residence and a two and three-story Memory Care Residence designed with the look and feel of a luxury Independent Living Residence.
Leading Hotels of the World Luxury Resort & Spa, Mammee Bay, Jamaica
LEO A DALY is designing a 250-room, 5-star luxury resort with 23 branded residences nestled amongst towering 200-year-old fig and banyan trees at Mammee Bay in Jamaica.
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Francisco Airport
Located off the US 101 freeway and three miles from San Francisco International Airport, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Francisco Airport is an easily accessible hotel for travelers and serves as a convenient location accommodating a number of corporate events for major tech corporations and start-ups in the area.
Logistics Support Facility for Littoral Combat Ship Squadron
The four-story, 123,031-SF P426 facility provides the ashore component of the administrative functions for deployed and in-port Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) as well as a portion of the training component to support the newest Navy platform to be stationed at Naval Station (NAVSTA) Mayport, Florida. Organized using “Security in Depth” principles to separate secure spaces from non-secure areas, the building includes work spaces, 24-hour manned operations watch floor, dedicated Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), Special Access Program Area (SAP) spaces.
Syracuse Area Health, Critical Access Hospital
The Syracuse Area Health Replacement Hospital in Syracuse, Nebraska is an approximately 72,000-GSF critical access hospital designed to foster patient well-being and to support staffing efficiencies.
Elko New Market Police Department
The City of Elko New Market's 100-year-old police station lacked the ability to accommodate future growth of the department and current standards in policing. LEO A DALY's design renovating 11,600 SF of existing space while expanding 6,100 SF provides a cohesive municipal campus with space to grow threefold.
South Sioux City Marriott Riverfront
With the goal of creating the best hotel in the market, the owner engaged LEO A DALY to convert this hotel from a Delta brand to a Marriott. The owner’s passion for design and service to the community resulted in a renovated property with striking design features and a welcoming atmosphere for locals and guests alike.
Capital One Bank Cafés
Working closely with Capital One, LEO A DALY designed a series of comfortable and inviting spaces where customers can access free Wi-Fi, bank electronically, explore financial planning, engage with their community and enjoy coffee and café fare in a relaxed environment.
