Cynthia (Cyndi) is a senior engineering and program management leader with over 30 years of experience in federal healthcare infrastructure and military civil engineering. She most recently served as Director of Special Engineering Projects for the Veterans Health Administration. Cyndi, (USAF Lt. Col., retired) served 26 years in the U.S. Air Force, 8 years active duty and 18 years as a Reservist.
