Given the many ways to design and plan a development, we work with clients to approach design strategically. The foundation of our design process is listening, learning and identifying with the leadership team and other stakeholders to bring the team of contributors to a common starting point. These points of view are critical to a balanced design. From this, we work directly with stakeholders, focusing on detail, space planning, flexibility and functionality.
