Hospitality at LEO A DALY

As trusted leaders in hospitality design, we view every project as an opportunity to obtain a client for life. Our goal is your success in generating business, excitement and enthusiasm about your property. We avoid a signature style, instead aspiring for something more unique: a style that marries your property and your brand, creating something exquisite and memorable. From five-star luxury to national chains and local boutiques, LEO A DALY holds over 50 years of hospitality experience, giving us the insight to anticipate your needs and deliver dynamic, unforgettable spaces for you and your guests.

Since 2025, we added the hospitality expertise of Delawie, now a LEO A DALY studio. This brings expanded experience, resources and clients to our portfolio across hospitality, gaming and club environments.

What we do

  • Resorts

From planning to conceptual design through execution, our team creates resorts that respond to place, culture and environment while addressing business drivers and optimal guest experience.

  • Hotels

We create welcoming environments that communicate brand and location through design, furnishings and art. At the core is an attention to function and hotel operations.

  • Renovation and Reuse

Historic renovation or interior upgrades, our team delivers performance- and budget-conscious solutions that focus on guest experience and brand quality.

  • Engineering

Our engineering team delivers performance-driven solutions that focus on long-term efficiency and reliability. Sustainable design is foundational to our approach.
