The Intelligence Community Campus – Bethesda includes the 220,000 SF secure Centrum building, 500,000 SF of renovation work in two secure buildings and, ultimately, over 720,000 SF of new construction/renovations to existing structures meeting DoD AT/FP, ballistic resistance and SCIF standards. LEO A DALY was part of a larger team contracted by USACE which included Whiting-Turner as the Design-Builder and General Contractor and AECOM as the prime A/E and architect and designer of record.

The campus was renovated while one building, adjacent to the new construction, remained operational. The project was designed to LEED® Silver standards.
