The VA multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Copperas Cove, Texas will expand access to healthcare services for Veterans across the rapidly growing Central Texas region. Developed by Cullinan Properties under a lease agreement with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the new facility is designed to serve up to 250,000 Veterans with a comprehensive range of outpatient and specialty care services in a modern, patient-centered environment.
The two-story clinic will consolidate a broad spectrum of healthcare services under one roof, helping reduce travel times for Veterans while improving accessibility, efficiency, and quality of care.
The facility includes primary care, outpatient mental health, ambulatory surgery, women's health, dental services, imaging, laboratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, prosthetics, endoscopy, sterile processing, audiology, ophthalmology, whole health programs, canteen space, and an infusion clinic. Located near Interstate 14 and U.S. Highway 190, the project also includes more than 1,300 parking spaces to support patients, visitors, and staff.
Completion is anticipated in 2028.
