LEO A DALY partnered with OrthoNebraska to develop a prototype model for expansion of their clinic and physical therapy programs, as well as ambulatory surgery expansions.
The Council Bluffs project is part of that overall expansion strategy. The physical therapy component supports a performance therapy space that highlights the healing process, culminating in athletes’ performance and agility being on display.
Rooms are organized in the PACT (Patient Aligned Care Team) model allowing for optimal efficiency of exam rooms for patient scheduling as well as enhancing staff collaboration within a central team work area. This approach also creates an environment of patient dignity and information privacy as patients do not mix within staff work areas.
The physical therapy component provides a comprehensive rehabilitation environment that supports patients throughout their recovery journey, offering flexible treatment spaces designed to restore mobility, improve function, and promote a seamless continuum of care alongside the clinic’s orthopedic services.
The site is planned for a future ambulatory surgery center to be added as patient volumes increase and this need and the practice grows.
