OrthoNebraska’s Elkhorn campus represents a landmark collaboration between OrthoNebraska, NewStreet Properties, and LEO A DALY, creating a scalable model for the organization’s continued growth. Originally envisioned as a destination for orthopedic clinics and physical therapy, the campus has evolved into a comprehensive outpatient orthopedic center that brings diagnosis, treatment, surgery, and rehabilitation together in one connected environment.
At 58,800 square feet, the original clinic established a new standard for orthopedic care delivery. The facility includes 16 exam rooms, specialized treatment spaces, imaging services, and a high-performance physical therapy center designed to support patients throughout their recovery journey. Organized around a collaborative care model, the clinic enhances operational efficiency while creating a seamless experience for patients and caregivers alike.
A defining feature of the campus is its dynamic rehabilitation environment, where therapy and athletic training activities are visible and celebrated. By showcasing progress in motion, the design creates an inspiring atmosphere that reinforces the possibilities of recovery, performance, and wellness for patients of all ages and activity levels.
Building on the success of the clinic and therapy facility, OrthoNebraska expanded the campus with a completed Hospital Outpatient Department (HOPD) surgery center. Together, the facilities create a fully integrated orthopedic destination that provides coordinated access to specialty care, outpatient surgery, physical therapy, and sports performance services. The result is a modern, adaptable healthcare campus that supports OrthoNebraska’s mission to deliver exceptional orthopedic care while meeting the needs of one of Nebraska’s fastest-growing communities.
