LEO A DALY served as architect for the tenant improvement of 13609 California Street, the new headquarters for Triage, LLC. The five-story, 104,000-RSF office building was transformed into a modern, efficient workplace designed to reflect Triage’s culture and support its continued growth.
Phase I encompassed approximately 73,000 RSF of new space for Triage, while existing tenants remained in portions of the first floor and the entire fourth floor. The project required careful phasing and coordination to minimize disruption and maintain building operations throughout construction.
In addition to the Phase I build-out, our team developed schematic design concepts for the full 104,000 RSF to establish a cohesive vision for future expansion. The completed design delivered a flexible, collaborative environment that enhances employee engagement, promotes productivity, and celebrates Triage’s brand identity.
