Boca Grove and the LEO A DALY team developed a strategic plan with a vision for the future that focuses on member’s quality of life while elevating property values. We designed a sports and wellness facility that would meet the needs of their membership and attract new members to their community.
A curved building design not only offers a maximized view of the leisure areas and the terrace, but the curve of the entrance gives the feeling of an embrace to the visitors, adding to the homey feeling of this boutique community. The curvature of the building also offers the members privacy, as it helps block the view into the second floor fitness center and out onto the terrace. The building is a modern interpretation of the traditional clubhouse. The clean modern architecture looks to rejuvenate the community and evoke a luxury environment.
The design includes state of the art spaces for aerobics, spin classes, palates, and children’s activities as well as a sauna and his and her locker rooms. The fitness center on the second floor overlooks the pool and offers the latest in fitness equipment. The aquatics area is designed with a beach entry pool, a deep-water aerobics area, lap lanes, jacuzzi and a poolside restaurant and bar with a supporting kitchen. With the new sports and wellness center, this prestigious community offers their members an innovative and energetic place to enjoy.
