Drai’s Supper Club New York City
Las Vegas nightlife impresario Victor Drai, owner of Drai’s Management Group, has transformed his after-hours empire into a national entertainment brand. For the company’s first East Coast venture—a throwback luxury supper club in the heart of Manhattan—LEO A DALY was selected to craft a branded environment that would resonate in this critical market for growth.
The Elliott
The Elliott is a boutique five-residence condominium that redefines modern urban living in the heart of historic Georgetown. With one residence per floor, each home offers privacy, spaciousness, and curated luxury, featuring bespoke Italian kitchens, oversized windows, and soaring ceilings. The design honors its unique context by blending the charm of its historic surroundings with clean, contemporary detailing and exceptional craftsmanship.
Royal Sonesta at 20 Mass
Strategically positioned in Washington’s urban core, with prominent visibility along Massachusetts Avenue, this reimagined urban structure is transformed into a unique luxury hotel that blends classical nuances of stature with the vibrancy and dynamic vibe of the city’s well-established art scene.
The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas
The Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas is a reimagining of the iconic, 491-key Las Colinas Four Seasons Resort between downtown Dallas and Fort Worth.
InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk
Inspired by San Antonio’s vibrant cultural history and the iconic Joan Crawford, a San Antonio native, the design of the InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk combines mid-century modern elegance with Art Deco influences.
Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel
The century-old Blackstone Hotel is being prepared to once again serve as the “grand dame” of the revitalized Blackstone District in Omaha’s old Gold Coast neighborhood. Known as the premier hotel between Chicago and San Francisco, the hotel offered amenities such as elegant guest rooms, a ballroom, rooftop gardens and award-winning restaurants.
La Quinta Resort & Club
While respecting the historic and iconic nature of the La Quinta Resort & Club, updates to the public spaces and guestrooms provide a refreshed design that preserves the property’s distinct character and remains true to its identity.
Hotel del Coronado
The master plan for the Hotel del Coronado, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is a complete re-imagining of this legendary resort, anticipated for completion in late 2021. LEO A DALY's scope of services involves the new construction of an event center along with 142 guestrooms and suites and below-grade parking.
Crowne Plaza Guam and Saipan
Working with Wave Hospitality, multiple properties were renovated to provide a luxury guest experience.
Grand Hyatt Vail
A multimillion‑dollar transformation of Vail Cascade into a luxury ski‑in/ski‑out resort with 285 rooms, creek‑side terraces, Alpine Spa, three dining venues (including Gessner), art celebrating Southern Ute heritage, on‑property chairlift, event spaces and mountain views in Vail, Colorado.
Claridge's Hotel Corner Suite
Set in the heart of Mayfair, Claridge’s Hotel was the first art deco hotel in a prestigious area of London known for its upper houses, historical museums, galleries and churches. LEO A DALY's renovation of the corner suite at Claridge's Hotel showcases traditional British hospitality at its finest. Honoring the unique elements of the British interior, it is bespoke and classically tailored, layering in the occasional eccentricities to provide a modern twist.
Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club
Influenced by the surrounding tropical splendor, the design for the Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club honors the island’s rich culture and instills a soulful sense of place through a palette of natural tones and materials.
Hotel del Coronado Sun Deck and Promenade
LEO A DALY's redesign of the Sun Deck, the primary food and beverage promenade of the resort, creates a destination for guests and locals alike to enjoy cocktails at sunset or grab a quick to-go lunch before an afternoon at the beach.
South Sioux City Marriott Riverfront
With the goal of creating the best hotel in the market, the owner engaged LEO A DALY to convert this hotel from a Delta brand to a Marriott. The owner’s passion for design and service to the community resulted in a renovated property with striking design features and a welcoming atmosphere for locals and guests alike.
