LEO A DALY performed test fit options for Allina Health, integrating components for a vehicle bay, offices and related storage, EMS storage and re-stocking area.
The team analyzed multiple site locations for the project and presented Allina Design and Construction the advantages for each location. The project value was assessed and because of the team’s report, the client explored alternate locations that were more suitable for its budget and goals.
A 20,000-SF site in Mounds View was chosen and the team continued with design and modification of an industrial building. New dock doors and drainage were installed in the vehicle bay. Interior FF&E plans were created and new finishes were applied to the infrastructure, creating a welcoming touchdown space and office environment for the EMS professionals servicing the surrounding area.
