As LEO A DALY continues to grow its personnel and market expertise in Dallas, the firm needed to expand and update its studio space. The new location, One McKinney in Uptown, provides easy access to the Arts District, Design District and Medical District, where many of the firm’s vendors, clients and partners are located.
Elko New Market Police Department
The City of Elko New Market's 100-year-old police station lacked the ability to accommodate future growth of the department and current standards in policing. LEO A DALY's design renovating 11,600 SF of existing space while expanding 6,100 SF provides a cohesive municipal campus with space to grow threefold.
South Sioux City Marriott Riverfront
With the goal of creating the best hotel in the market, the owner engaged LEO A DALY to convert this hotel from a Delta brand to a Marriott. The owner’s passion for design and service to the community resulted in a renovated property with striking design features and a welcoming atmosphere for locals and guests alike.
Capital One Bank Cafés
Working closely with Capital One, LEO A DALY designed a series of comfortable and inviting spaces where customers can access free Wi-Fi, bank electronically, explore financial planning, engage with their community and enjoy coffee and café fare in a relaxed environment.

The Aya
The Aya is an affordable, short-term family housing site commissioned by the District of Columbia Department of General Services. Located in Ward 6, this neighborhood-based program provides a safe environment for families with access to service-enriched programming that will create stability, helping them exit homelessness.
KETV 7 Burlington Train Station Transformation
LEO A DALY reimagined the abandoned, 48,000-SF classical revival passenger rail station in downtown Omaha, NE, as 7 Burlington Station, the modern broadcast facility for the city’s ABC affiliate, KETV.

City National Arena
A 142,000-SF dual-rink practice and community hockey facility in Las Vegas, home to the NHL Golden Knights and UNLV teams. It includes public skating, retail, restaurant/bar overlooking ice, sports-medicine spaces, offices, and sustainable heat-recovery systems.
Lifeguard Arena
A two-story, 120,412 SF Lifeguard Arena in Henderson, NV features two NHL‑regulation rinks with 600 seats each, full‑service team training facilities, restaurant, coffee shop, retail and public locker rooms—serving as home base for the AHL Henderson Silver Knights.

The 60,000 SF, two-story memory care community in Coconut Creek, FL is divided into four resident neighborhoods with private kitchens, living rooms, activity centers, spa, salon, enclosed courtyards, and hurricane-grade emergency power—designed for safety, comfort, and enriched care.

Sidney Regional Medical Center
Work on Sidney Regional Medical Center began with a review and evaluation of the master plan, with the plan being updated with short- and long-term expansion in mind.The 120,000-GSF facility includes a one-story 76,800-GSF hospital and a 42,000-GSF clinic/administrative building. The master plan of the hospital includes 25 patient rooms, two labor-delivery-recovery rooms, a surgical suite, emergency department, diagnostics, lab, pharmacy, food service, physicians clinic, specialty clinic, rehabilitation services, cardio pulmonary services, building support and a central energy plant.

This 59,866 SF care community in Tallahassee, FL has four themed neighborhoods featuring shared living spaces, commercial and snack kitchens, fountain pavilion, putting green, looped paths, raised gardens and outdoor seating—designed for safety, comfort and community.
