YourLife™ of Coconut Creek is a 60,000-SF, two-story memory care community. The building is divided into four separate neighborhoods and each contains about 24 beds. The building completely encloses the resident courtyard for the residents safety. Each neighborhood has its own kitchen with dining room, living room, life enrichment activities centers and covered and screened porches. Additionally, there is shared program space and specialized amenities, such as a spa and salon.
The building was designed to meet all stringent South Florida hurricane protection requirements. This includes the incorporation of emergency power generation for conditioned air, lighting and security.
