Architectural design
Created as four separate resident “neighborhoods,” each with shared living areas, this memory care assisted living facility is designed to provide a sense of community. The facility includes a kitchen for snacks and nourishment, dining space and a separate commercial kitchen to serve the entire facility. The neighborhoods also share outdoor amenities, including a fountain and central pavilion surrounded by green space. A looped path is available for a stroll, and decorative benches provide a place to relax. Additional outdoor amenities include a putting green, raised planters for residents to garden and a grilling area.
