Nebraska Engineering Robotics Research Lab
LEO A DALY partnered with the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (UNL) College of Engineering to transform approximately 7,000 SF of former mechanical and air handling space within the basement of the Scott Engineering Center into an innovative robotics and drone research space.
Mercer University, Spearman C. Godsey Science & Research Center
LEO A DALY designed this 143,410 SF new science center that includes everything from seven lecture halls to 60+ laboratories including: general biology and chemistry labs, to specialized teaching labs in soil and field biology, labs housing instrumentation and a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, as well as a laser lab, computational center, growth room, cold room, and tissue culture suite.
Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Services HQ
The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Services Headquarters is designed to achieve net zero carbon emissions and accommodates evidence storage, a communications center, armory, SWAT team, and vehicle storage for approximately 120 vehicles — including infrastructure to support integration of an electric fleet.
UNMC CORE Lab Building

Anoka-Ramsey Community College’s modern, 27,000-SF nursing education facility in Coon Rapids, MN, features advanced simulation labs, flexible classrooms and collaborative spaces. It is designed to support hands-on learning and prepare students for healthcare careers with cutting-edge technology and a student-centered environment.
