Vdara Hotel & Spa at CityCenter
As project manager and executive architect, LEO A DALY led a world-class team of architectural designers, interior design firms, structural, mechanical and electrical designers and multiple specialty consultants to give shape to the 1,543-unit, Rafael Vinoly-designed Vdara Hotel & Spa. The hotel was the Block B portion of the CityCenter development.
In addition to project management, LEO A DALY provided select civil, mechanical and electrical engineering and contract administration services for Harmon Circle, the two-story, raised arrival and departure porte cochere structure serving both the Vdara and Aria hotels. The project achieved LEED-NC Gold certification.
