Comprising four gateways and four towers, Excellence Huanggang Century Center is a modern design inspired by the most auspicious number in Chinese culture, the number 8, a symbol of prosperity and good fortune. The center features an open-air central courtyard that connects visitors, workers and residents to the outdoor environment. This mixed-use development comprises more than 4,305,564 SF (400,000 SM) of retail, office, hotel and residential spaces, as well as 365,973 SF (34,000 SM) of underground parking.
Two towers reach 60 and 57 stories in height and feature glass curtain walls, chamfered corners and large-scale diamond-shaped facades that extend and recede from the typical floor plate. The tallest tower, at approximately 920 feet tall (280 meters), is dedicated exclusively to office space. The 57-story tower is 850 feet (260 meters) tall and consists of a mix of office, hotel and service apartment space, featuring a top-floor restaurant.
