The International Harvester Mississippi Valley Credit Union Headquarters in Moline, Illinois, consolidated the credit union’s operations into a single, 80,000-square-foot facility on the southern bank of the Mississippi River.
Designed to enhance the employee experience, the headquarters features open-concept programming, advanced technology integration for untethered work, and a variety of collaborative spaces, including lounge-style seating and refreshment areas. Completed in 2019 for $23.5 million, the project not only unifies corporate operations but also serves as a meaningful symbol of the organization’s heritage and future in the community.
