With a commitment to creating a positive environment for employees and clients alike, medical supply and research company Arthrex desired a campus that would foster collaboration and a healthy corporate community. To replace its outgrown headquarters, LEO A DALY provided comprehensive design services for the development of a new corporate campus, which included a new wellness center, administrative complex and hotel.
The centerpiece of the new complex is Arthrex Wellness and Medical Center, a two-story, 44,000-SF building with a fitness center for employees and state-of-the-art equipment and group classes such as spinning and yoga and outdoor multi-purpose playing fields. The building also has a juice bar and lounge, a retail shop with Arthrex apparel and merchandise, and is home to the Arthrex Medical Center, which provides free medical care to Arthrex employees and their families.
