The HERO Center's mission is to act as a multi-use public safety training center where project partners, members and customers share resources for pre-employment, continuing education and in-service training for law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical service providers and students.
The heart of the project is to provide reality-based training scenarios, technologically advanced immersion-based training and access to consistent and meaningful firearms proficiency training facilities, as well as an emphasis on the coordination between theoretical and field training.
