LEO A DALY was retained to provide architectural and engineering design services for a stair and ramp system to replace the existing deteriorating systems. The ramp complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility guidelines and enables persons with disabilities to visit and enjoy the Memorial. In recognition of its special significance, the USS Arizona Memorial is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and also designated as a separate and distinct national historic landmark.
