With the goal of creating the best hotel in the market, the owner engaged LEO A DALY to convert this hotel from a Delta brand to a Marriott. The owner’s passion for design and service to the community resulted in a renovated property with striking design features and a welcoming atmosphere for locals and guests alike.

Working closely with Capital One, LEO A DALY designed a series of comfortable and inviting spaces where customers can access free Wi-Fi, bank electronically, explore financial planning, engage with their community and enjoy coffee and café fare in a relaxed environment.

555 Ross Avenue is a vibrant multi-family residential community located in the heart of the West End Market District of Dallas. The interior design by LEO A DALY is inspired by the historic West End industrial rail yard of the late 1860s.
