The Riviera Beach, Florida, city council has unanimously selected The Sonnenblick Development Team to develop the most extensive real estate venture in the city’s 103-year history. The council voted 5-0 on Nov. 17, setting the stage for a holistic reimagining of many of the major elements of the city. LEO A DALY will serve as design lead and architect of record, providing architectural and engineering services throughout the multi‑phase, mixed‑use initiative. 

Thurgood Marshall Hall, home to the University of Maryland’s School of Public Policy, has been recognized with a 2025 American Architecture Award® by The Chicago Athenaeum and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies. The Resort at Summerlin, a JW Marriott property near Las Vegas, has unveiled two new LEO A DALY designed areas - a renovation for the luxurious Spa Aquae and a high limit gaming room in Rampart Casino.

Drai’s Supper Club, the latest New York venture from Drai’s Management Group, has been featured in Hospitality Design for its immersive, theatrical interiors. Designed by LEO A DALY, the space draws inspiration from the golden age of New York supper clubs, blending deep red hues, velvet textures, and gilded accents into a layered, cinematic experience.

Continuing our legacy of supporting our country’s Veterans and the US Department of Veterans Affairs(VA), LEO A DALY has been awarded the design of a new clinic for the VA in Elizabethtown, KY.

The Palm Beach chapter of the American Institute of Architects has recognized two LEO A DALY projects for its 2025 Design Awards, bestowing 575 Rosemary with an Honor Award in the Residential category, and Mammee Bay Resort with a Citation Award for the unbuilt work.
