Expert AEC executive Josh Roehm joins LEO A DALY as Dallas studio managing principal

Roehm brings extensive experience leading integrated teams in successful projects for various industries

Josh Roehm, PE, LEED AP, PMP, will lead LEO A DALY’s Dallas studio as its new managing principal and a vice president of the firm.

Roehm has extensive experience leading integrated teams in the successful delivery of major projects across all markets including healthcare and education. With a wide network of strategic relationships across the state of Texas, he is known for exceptional client service and business development. He has specialized in operational growth of companies in the Texas architecture/engineering industry, most recently serving as the chief operating officer at B&H Engineers in Irving, Texas. A natural leader, Roehm is adept at communication and ensuring a stellar client experience throughout the design process.

Roehm is a community and industry leader. He was selected as a member of both Leadership Fort Worth and Leadership North Texas, and he’s involved with both the local AIA chapter as well as community nonprofits. Roehm holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

As part of LEO A DALY leadership, Roehm will apply those skills to the Dallas studio. Already known for its hospitality design, including the Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas and the InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk, Roehm will leverage the firm’s international expertise in other areas to strengthen the Dallas studio.
