Dianne Irving Oroz leads our D.C. commercial and workplace team

Oroz’s interdisciplinary experience in architecture, interior design and urban planning includes working on and leading teams for some of the world’s largest workplace, mixed-use and residential projects

LEO A DALY is pleased to announce the hire of Dianne Irving Oroz, Assoc. AIA, Assoc. IIDA, as market sector leader for commercial and workplace design in our Washington, D.C. studio.

With a strong interdisciplinary background in architecture, interior design and urban planning, Oroz has worked on and led teams for some of the largest, most complicated mixed-use, workplace and residential projects in the world, including Burj Khalifa, Kirkland & Ellis, Caterpillar Headquarters and NATO Headquarters.

She brings a unique sensitivity to owner and developer needs thanks to extensive client-side experience. Before joining LEO A DALY, Oroz served as director of design for developer Zuckerman Gravely, where she was in charge of design for more than 2 million square feet of commercial property. Prior to that, she served as owner’s representative for large-scale new residential building developed by Tishman Speyer. Through her combined experience, Oroz is committed to driving value with a focus on design, real estate and project management.

Oroz is a graduate of the University of Illinois’s Master of Architecture at Chicago’s program and the New York School of Interior Design’s Associate of Applied Science program in interior design. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently completing her MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
