Leslie works alongside studio leadership, building teams of experts to address the needs across the commercial market. With 17 years of project experience at LEO A DALY, she effectively leads multi-discipline design teams through all types and sizes of commercial builds and renovations including hospitality and mixed-use developments. Using a customized approach, she crafts curated experiences that reflect clients’ unique cultural identities. Passionate about designing efficient solutions with sensitivity to occupant wellness and performance, she is a Fitwel Ambassador and advocate for research-based and sustainable best practices.

Leslie is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and serves on the board of directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Omaha. With over 20 years of service in the Nebraska Army National Guard, she is proudly committed to sustained development across the city and state.
