Located in the Hughes Center, one block east of The Strip, we sit in the shadow of the Wynn, Palazzo and Venetian resorts. We live and breathe the industries we serve. We got our start in Las Vegas in 1977 as the go-to designer for Coast Properties. Since then, we’ve been part of the fascinating evolution of this industry and city. Beyond gaming, we’ve helped define our region across a broad spectrum of project types, including higher education, aviation, restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, retail and other entertainment spaces.
