Nicos, who has 20 years of experience in the healthcare, civic and federal markets, is director of operations, senior project manager and sustainability champion for the Los Angeles office. He leads and manages overall operations and profitability of the office, and is responsible for its professional services for project delivery, risk management, design quality and technical processes, financial management, staffing and sustainable practices.

Nicos works collaboratively with leadership across the company to communicate, support and achieve overall business goals. He also mentors Los Angeles staff and supports them in development and training.
