AIA Palm Beach Honors Two Projects by LEO A DALY

The Palm Beach chapter of the American Institute of Architects has recognized two LEO A DALY projects for its 2025 Design Awards, bestowing 575 Rosemary with an Honor Award in the Residential category, and Mammee Bay Resort with a Citation Award for unbuilt work.

Located in West Palm Beach, Florida, 575 Rosemary is a vertical mixed-use development that brings together residential, hospitality, retail, and dining in a vibrant, pedestrian-focused district. Designed to foster urban connectivity, the project contributes to the transformation of Rosemary Square into a cultural and commercial destination.

“It’s a privilege to build such an iconic project in your hometown. We’re grateful to the partnership with Elkus Manfredi and to the jurors for recognizing the work,” said Jaime Sobrino, FAIA, VP, Director of Operations of the West Palm Beach studio of LEO A DALY.

Mammee Bay, located along the coast of Jamaica, is a luxury resort that reflects a contemporary interpretation of local architectural traditions. The design blends indoor-outdoor experiences, native materials, and sweeping ocean views to create a hospitality destination that is both timeless and immersive. Recognized by AIA Palm Beach in the unbuilt design category, LEO A DALY is currently working with the developer to bring this vision to fruition.
