The Riviera Beach, Florida, city council unanimously selected The Sonnenblick Development Team to develop the most extensive real estate venture in the city’s 103-year history. LEO A DALY will serve as design lead and architect of record, providing architectural and engineering services throughout the multi‑phase, mixed‑use initiative.

Drai’s Supper Club, the latest New York venture from Drai’s Management Group, has been featured in Hospitality Design for its immersive, theatrical interiors. Designed by LEO A DALY, the space draws inspiration from the golden age of New York supper clubs, blending deep red hues, velvet textures, and gilded accents into a layered, cinematic experience.

Continuing our legacy of supporting our country’s Veterans and the US Department of Veterans Affairs(VA), LEO A DALY has been awarded the design of a new clinic for the VA in Elizabethtown, KY.

The Palm Beach chapter of the American Institute of Architects has recognized two LEO A DALY projects for its 2025 Design Awards, bestowing 575 Rosemary with an Honor Award in the Residential category, and Mammee Bay Resort with a Citation Award for the unbuilt work.
