The Omaha Section of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) has recognized LEO A DALY with a People’s Choice Award for outstanding lighting design. The honor was given to the McGrath North Tenant Improvement in the First National Bank Tower, where lighting plays a defining role in the workplace experience.

Drai’s Supper Club, the latest New York venture from Drai’s Management Group, has been featured in Hospitality Design for its immersive, theatrical interiors. Designed by LEO A DALY, the space draws inspiration from the golden age of New York supper clubs, blending deep red hues, velvet textures, and gilded accents into a layered, cinematic experience.

Continuing our legacy of supporting our country’s Veterans and the US Department of Veterans Affairs(VA), LEO A DALY has been awarded the design of a new clinic for the VA in Elizabethtown, KY.

The Palm Beach chapter of the American Institute of Architects has recognized two LEO A DALY projects for its 2025 Design Awards, bestowing 575 Rosemary with an Honor Award in the Residential category, and Mammee Bay Resort with a Citation Award for the unbuilt work.

Brian Rippentrop joins LEO A DALY as national lead for fire protection, bringing more than 20 years of experience in design and construction. Brian is based in the Minneapolis studio.

Rey Funes, with a deep track record of major aviation projects, has joined LEO A DALY as an aviation project director, based in Los Angeles. A skilled professional with 25 years of experience in architecture/engineering, Rey has worked on aviation architecture of all types and sizes, including multi-billion dollar, terminal-wide projects.
