The Riviera Beach, Florida, city council has unanimously selected The Sonnenblick Development Team to develop the most extensive real estate venture in the city’s 103-year history. The council voted 5-0 on Nov. 17, setting the stage for a holistic reimagining of many of the major elements of the city. LEO A DALY will serve as design lead and architect of record, providing architectural and engineering services throughout the multi‑phase, mixed‑use initiative.
