The San Diego studio is in the Bay Park neighborhood near Mission Bay Park, housing architects, designers, and interior designers. The building was originally constructed in the 1970s, with a second story added in the 1980s by another architecture firm that occupied the space at the time. In 2015, Delawie transformed the building to create an open, creative work environment with sustainable features including enhanced natural lighting and solar panels. The team of 40 enjoys a spacious lunchroom with a garage door that opens outdoors, as well as a roof deck accessible year-round.
