The Carson Group Headquarters post-occupancy evaluation validates the buildings’ innovative shell and building system design. The smart glass responds to changing concentrations of daylight to control heat gain and glare, and all building systems were designed in concert with the SageGlass envelope to maximize occupant comfort.
20 Massachusetts Avenue models a responsible placemaking design solution that restitches the urban fabric and now serves as a prominent anchor in Capitol Hill and Washington, D.C. The design implemented creative modular construction with curated components prefabricated off-site which reduced waste by 50% and saved considerable cost and time.
