The architect has fifteen years of experience leading Commercial megaprojects and GSA developments across the country
LEO A DALY is pleased to announce the promotion of Leif Eikevik, AIA, LEED AP, WELL, to market sector leader for Commercial/GSA in our Minneapolis design studio. In this role, he will split time between leadership of the studio’s Commercial and GSA design practices, both of which will leverage his expertise in projects that elevate the performance and identity of workplace end users.
Eikevik is an architect and senior project manager with fifteen years of experience leading Commercial megaprojects and GSA developments across the country. With a depth of experience in both the private and public sectors, he is skilled in guiding client groups through every stage of a successful development process, including project planning and visioning, site selection and development, branding and identity, workplace design and benchmarking, leading a fully integrated design team.
He takes on the new leadership role after two years as a senior project manager in our Minneapolis design studio. In that time, he has led multi-disciplinary design teams on a number of large office building expansions and new builds for both Commercial and Federal clients. Before joining LEO A DALY, he held similar roles with HGA and SOM. In addition to award-winning design work, he has continually been involved in innovation-focused R&D efforts, speaking engagements and publishing. He holds a Masters of Architecture from the University of Minnesota College of Design.
“I’m proud to promote Leif to lead our Commercial and GSA market sectors,” said Cindy McCleary, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, managing principal in Minneapolis. “Leif is a tireless and creative design advocate who runs at everything full speed. His flexibility and thought leadership are the perfect fit for these two markets, which are complementary in their focus on design that is tailored to the unique brands and workplace needs of clients.”
