LEO A DALY’s design for the leasing office is inspired by coastal elements with clean lines and neutral taupe colors originating from natural stones and drift wood. Potential residents are welcomed into the lobby with an inviting and welcoming double-volume space that epitomizes the coastal theme. A wood slatted wall extends upward behind the reception desk with variations of brown and gray distressed wood, while an assortment of various pendant lamps provide an interesting focal point above. Comfortable lounge seating throughout the leasing office creates welcoming spaces for residents and potential residents to relax and socialize.

Next to the leasing office, the library provides a relaxing space for residents and guests to gather and socialize. Darker tones of brown and mahogany provide a warm and cozy atmosphere. Dark metals and irons in the seating, tables and lighting give it an industrial feel. Custom mill work book shelf walls surround the entire space with books meticulously displayed as an art piece, using precise stacks in proportion to create layers of color and visual texture.
