Palm Beach State College, Bio Science Technology Complex-Eissey Campus

The science lab and classroom building on the Palm Beach Gardens Eissey Campus of Palm Beach State College is designed to support the Department of Natural Sciences. The 91,324-SF state-of-the-art facility includes:

• Modern classrooms
• Innovative student laboratories
• Faculty work areas
• Four large academic and scientific areas
• Biological laboratories (biotechnology, chemical, environmental, and physical)

The facility houses instructional spaces and typical support services including faculty offices, associated laboratories, preparation areas, and storage. Flexibility of design for instructional spaces created a paramount challenge that necessitated the recognition of advancements in utility and ventilation technology to create a building capable of updating as the demands of these technologies change.
