Codina Partners Headquarters
Codina Partners, a significant land developer in South Florida, needed a workplace that would promote connectivity and collaboration. LEO A DALY’s interior design for the company’s new headquarters provides a modern workplace with an abundance of glass, allowing for transparency and connectivity among employees and ample natural daylight throughout the space.
To maximize the floor plate potential and ensure the company’s ability to adapt to growth and change, more than 90% of the space is laid out using a demountable wall system. This system incorporates all of the power and data requirements for employee productivity, including monitors and smartboards within the panel system to create a seamless transition between structure, technology and aesthetics. The color palette combines natural metals and woods with neutral, white tones. In order to highlight the brand identity, Codina’s corporate colors, teal and sour apple green, are infused strategically throughout the workspace.
