As LEO A DALY continues to grow its personnel and market expertise in Dallas, the firm needed to expand and update its studio space. The new location, One McKinney in Uptown, provides easy access to the Arts District, Design District and Medical District, where many of the firm’s vendors, clients and partners are located. The high-rise setting allows for views of downtown Dallas and surrounding parks. The neighborhood is walkable, with restaurants and shops nearby, and the building is LEED Silver.

The new workplace features service-based and social workplace amenities to create a sustainable office culture. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass conference room walls allow natural light to permeate the studio, while collaboration areas with a variety of seating options encourage flexibility and communication among teammates. A neutral color palette throughout the studio allows LEO A DALY’s signature red accents to create a bright, modern aesthetic.
