360 Rosemary, a 20-story mixed-use project in West Palm Beach, Florida, has earned a Merit Award of Excellence for New Work from AIA Florida.
LEO A DALY served as the architect of record for the office tower, designed to stimulate growth and spark the redevelopment of the West Palm Beach downtown area.
Elkus Manfredi Architects Ltd. served as the design architecture firm.
The building has become an iconic tower in the West Palm Beach skyline with an intricate grid façade design incorporating ceramic tiles, aluminum cladding, and glass for a unique design that sets 360 Rosemary apart from other structures in the area. The building offers spectacular views of the surrounding area from the Class-A office spaces and provides welcoming urban spaces for the community at the ground level.
The LEED Gold-certified building features 250,000 SF of office space and 22,600 SF of ground-level retail. The building also provides seven levels of structured parking and 10,000 SF outdoor amenity space, including four terraces. Located next to the new Brightline high-speed rail station/residential complex, this structure builds on the evolution of the Rosemary Avenue corridor in West Palm Beach.
“Congratulations to everyone who worked on the 360 Rosemary team,” said William Hanser, managing principal of LEO A DALY’s West Palm Beach studio. “We are proud to have been part of this innovative project that will undoubtedly contribute to further revitalizing a key corridor in West Palm Beach, and we greatly appreciate that AIA Florida recognizes the high level of architecture the building has brought to the area.”
The building previously received an award from the Palm Beach chapter of the AIA.
