Ignacio Reyes leads the firm as chief development officer, providing operational oversight for all non-federal markets. As part of our senior leadership team, he is responsible for all global business development planning, strategy and marketing. His collaborative leadership style, passion for architecture and project management experience make him an asset to building strong leaders within the firm, and building relationships with existing and potential clients.

Prior to this role, Ignacio served as the corporate director for education, principal and regional director of business development in our Florida offices and as associate corporate director of development for emerging markets. He is a licensed architect in Florida and Texas with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Florida A&M. Ignacio is a past President of the Florida AIA, and was elevated to the AIA College of Fellows in 2022.
