LEO A DALY and subsidiary Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) have partnered to expand their food distribution and manufacturing services in the southern United States.
LEO A DALY and LAN will provide facility master planning, design, site selection and construction administration services to clients in the food distribution and manufacturing industry.
“LEO A DALY has more than 60 years of experience in the food distribution and manufacturing industry. This partnership will enable us to continue our long-lasting relationships with our clients and provide the quality of service that they expect,” says Jeremy Klysen, vice president of LEO A DALY.
Recent projects include a $17 million expansion of an existing produce processing and distribution center in Florida as well as the design of a distribution center on a 110-acre undeveloped site in Texas. LEO A DALY and LAN also provided master planning services for HEB’s vehicle maintenance facility in Houston.
