She is a strong client advocate with a dedication to building collaborative partnerships and facilitating spaces that enhance both the user experience and client investment. Winkler strives to understand and positively impact businesses beyond the building — strategically connecting client needs, user interaction, resources, function, and financial goals.

In her role as market sector leader, Winkler will oversee LEO A DALY’s client relationships and expand the Minneapolis studio’s industrial market capture. She will also support the team’s drive for design excellence and exceptional project delivery.
