Employee Resource Groups (“ERG”)
Within LEO A DALY, we have ERGs in place to exchange ideas and make firmwide internal and external policy recommendations that promote an inclusive and welcoming workplace. These groups focus on celebrating the diverse human experience, implementing a culture of empathy, and championing social responsibility.
