2030 M Street

This repositioning project involved a complete redesign of the main lobby and the creation of a tenant amenity fitness center and business center. The lobby design exuded a light-filled space that was visually appealing and inviting to tenants and visitors. The lobby design and additional building amenities will help retain and attract quality tenants to the building, located in Washington, D.C.’s central business district.
